Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. in Southern California is seeking a motivated Route Sales Representative to order, sell, and deliver fresh baked products while building strong relationships with customers and maintaining accurate daily logs.

The role requires early start times and flexibility to service accounts during customers' service windows. Qualified candidates will have sales or delivery-driver experience, be at least 21 with a valid license, and have or obtain a DOT Medical Card; bilingual

Qualifications

• Sales experience with customers in a route-based environment.
• Delivery driver experience in fresh product distribution.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Order, sell, and deliver fresh baked products to assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and report daily logs and service records.
• Expand shelf space, manage promotions, and rotate stock to maximize product life.
• Work with data and marketing plans to drive customer growth and satisfaction.
• Adhere to training and safety requirements, including DOT rules.
