Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Route Sales Representative for NorCal to order, sell, and deliver fresh baked products. You will build strong customer relationships and ensure on-time deliveries, often starting around 3:00am, with some non-traditional hours as needed.

The role emphasizes driving sales, maintaining product displays, and adhering to safety and CDL-related guidelines while working with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Delivery driver experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• DOT medical card required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possession of CDL preferred but not required.
• Able to pass background and driving record checks.
• Must adhere to CMV safety rules and company policies.
• ROUTE SALES roles involve lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Order, sell, and deliver fresh baked products to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Check delivery vehicle daily and keep logs and records.
• Work flexible hours with early start times (around 3:00am).
• Expand shelf space and display in-store promotions.
• Plan, order, and execute with data and marketing plans.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
