Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Sales Representative to meet customer needs through up-selling and cross-selling while delivering superior service on all route responsibilities. You will report to the District Manager and drive a delivery vehicle on a daily route.

The role emphasizes building relationships, ensuring timely deliveries, managing route paperwork, and maintaining inventories as you grow service with customers. Strong English communication and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to understand direction and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new customers and up-sell/cross-sell across all service lines to maintain profitable mix.
• Promote and participate in promotions, contests, training, and audits.
• Follow policies for installation of new customers and manage all service aspects to meet goals.
• Build customer loyalty through outstanding service and proactive issue resolution with supervision.
