Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Sales Representative to meet customer needs by upselling and delivering outstanding service. The role reports to the District Manager and requires proactive management of daily route duties.

Responsibilities include soliciting new customers, maintaining service quality, and ensuring accurate route paperwork and on-time deliveries. A valid license and clean driving record are essential, with at least one year of driving experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license; CDL when applicable.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Minimum one year of safe and successful driving experience.
• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to recognize colors, sizes, and quantities accurately.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new customers and upsell across all service lines for a profitable mix.
• Manage route responsibilities and participate in promotions and audits.
• Follow policies for onboarding new customers and servicing ongoing needs.
