Job summary

Martin's Route Salesperson is the front-line ambassador responsible for expanding sales through in-store promotions and new customer introductions while delivering outstanding service. You will operate the route, manage orders and cash, and maintain the route truck with safety and compliance in mind.

This full-time role requires flexibility, weekend availability, and a valid driver's license. Martin's offers 401K, health insurance, paid holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and DOT Medical Card, with ability to pass DOT exam.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, Saturdays, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Promotes product to increase sales via in-store promotions and new customer introductions.
• Operates sales ordering system and manages cash accounts.
• Maintains route vehicle and ensures safety and regulatory compliance.
