Job summary

Martin’s is seeking a Relief Route Salesperson in the United States (Irving, TX area) to drive sales, provide top-tier customer service, and act as the brand ambassador for our family of products. The role emphasizes in-store promotions, route coverage, and proactive communication with store managers.

Salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 per year and is paid weekly; benefits include 401K profit sharing, health insurance, HSA, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of handheld order processing systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Promotes product to increase sales via in-store promotions and new customer introductions.
• Adheres to route sales objectives when acting as replacement for established routes.
• Operates sales ordering system and manages cash accounts.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Call on prospective customers to solicit new business and provide excellent service.
