Job summary

Martin's Potato Rolls and Bread in Monroe, OH is seeking a Route Salesperson to drive sales, serve as the brand ambassador, and provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers. You will promote products, manage route deliveries, and work to increase overall account performance.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, flexibility for early hours and weekends, and a willingness to work a demanding schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of handheld order processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Promotes product to increase sales via shelf expansion, in-store promotions, end displays, new customer introductions.
• Adheres to established route sales objectives when acting as replacement for the established route sales.
• Operates sales ordering system, prepares paperwork and manages cash accounts.
• Performs job safety by adhering to company policies and regulations.
• Submits customer changes and orders timely and accurately.
• Records sales or deliveries information on daily sales records with customer signature.
