Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Route Sales Professional in Minnesota. The role focuses on merchandising, stocking, and driving sales through effective store-side promotions and new account development.

You will manage daily route activities, ensure product rotation, and maintain accurate paperwork and DOT logs. Qualified applicants are 21+, with a valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for interactions and reports.

Responsibilities

Merchandise and stock products on store shelves and displays to ensure quality and freshness.
Drive sales by securing new display space and setting up incremental displays.
Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships while executing promotions.
Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space in existing and new accounts.
Complete daily route settlement procedures including invoices, cash and inventory counts.
Safely drive the route truck and maintain DOT daily logs.
Submit required documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time.
