Start times are around 3:00am with Wednesdays and Sundays off in a flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs. The role emphasizes growing sales through in-store promotions, maintaining product freshness, and working with customers to optimize shelf space.

Qualifications

• Delivery driver experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Have had a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and documented safe driving record.
• Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines.
• Must adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a CMV.
• Must execute the best practices of RSR training (after 4-week company paid training).
• Must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order, sell, and deliver fresh baked products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Increase sales by expanding shelf space and in-store promotions.
• Ensure product shelf life via rotation and proper display.
• Work with marketing plans to grow customer base and satisfaction.
• Adapt to customer service windows and occasional non-traditional hours.
• Prior delivery driver experience is beneficial.
