Job summary

Flowers Bakers Sales of SoCal, LLC is seeking a high-performing Route Sales Representative to order, sell, and deliver fresh baked products. The role requires a neat appearance and the ability to build strong customer relationships, with early start times around 3:00am and days off on Wednesday and Sunday.

The ideal candidate has prior delivery driver experience and sales skills, plus a high school diploma or GED. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order, sell, and deliver fresh baked products to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive growth.
• Check delivery vehicle daily and keep accurate records; report maintenance issues.
• Expand shelf space and in-store promotions; rotate products for maximum shelf life.
• Work with customers to meet service windows and may work non-traditional hours to complete deliveries.
