Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. in Maine is seeking a Route Sales Representative to handle ordering, sales, delivery and merchandising of a slate of national and local fresh baked products.

You will service retail accounts, restaurants and institutions, build relationships with managers, and drive incremental sales by executing market programs and promotions. Applicants should have at least one year of related sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and be able to obtain DOT certification to operate

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year related experience in retail sales or B2B sales.
Must be able to operate a CMV and obtain DOT medical certification.
Familiarity with retail terms and promoting products in-store is preferred.

Responsibilities

Sell and deliver products to retail accounts, restaurants, and institutions.
Plan and execute orders, promotions, and shelf placement.
Maintain relationships with store managers and drive sales growth.
Perform route planning, daily settlements, and inventory checks.
Adhere to DOT policies, safety standards, and company procedures.
