Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related experience in retail sales, DSD sales, and/or business-to-business sales.

Responsibilities

• Train new Route Sales Representatives (RSR) and Route Sales Trainees (RST) on tasks and objectives from the Operations Manual.
• Drive growth with customers through planning, ordering, and execution of market programs.
• Provide coverage for RSRs during time-off and support new product rollouts with promotional displays.
