Prudential Overall Supply Inc. is hiring for a Full Time Route Service Representative in Carson, CA. You will drive a company truck within your territory to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats, and rental products, while building customer relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 40+ hour weeks with full-time benefits, and opportunities for growth within a long-established company in the textile rental industry.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate and 21+ years of age.
• Must have an active driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to obtain Class A license within the next 12 months.
• Customer service and sales-oriented.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience driving a box truck or step-van preferred.
• Overnight shifts may be required (expenses paid).
• Safe driving in all weather conditions.
• Military-experienced candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck to pick up and deliver products and garments.
• Load and unload merchandise and prepare loads for transport.
• Use company devices to manage customer orders and invoice changes.
• Maintain an updated route book and perform other duties for route operations.
