Prudential Overall Supply in Mesa, AZ is seeking motivated Route Service Representatives to drive a company truck, deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats and other rental products within an assigned territory. You will build strong customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and earn route bonuses and commissions.

This full-time, permanent role offers a stable schedule—Monday through Friday—with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Active driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willing to obtain Class A within 12 months.
• Customer service and sales-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience driving a box truck or step-van preferred.
• Overnight shifts may be required (expenses paid).
• Military-experienced candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck to deliver and pick up products and garments within the territory.
• Load and unload merchandise while keeping loads secure and orderly.
• Use company devices to manage customer orders and update route book.
• Perform other duties to support smooth route operations.
