Qualifications

• Active driver's license with clean driving record.
• Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience driving a box truck or step-van preferred.
• Willing to obtain Class A within 12 months.
• Military experience encouraged.
• Must meet customer background compliance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck to pick up and deliver products and garments.
• Load and unload merchandise, handling carts carefully.
• Use company devices to manage customer orders and update route book.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to earn route bonus and commission.
• Comply with safety regulations and vehicle policies on all routes.
