Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking Route Service Representatives in Riverside, CA. You will drive a company truck to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats and other rental products, building relationships with customers and uncovering upsell opportunities to earn bonuses.

The role emphasizes safe driving, compliance, and customer-focused service. It offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 40+ hour weeks and full benefits, plus growth opportunities within a long-standing uniform rental

Qualifications

High School Graduate, 21+ years of age.
Active driver's license with a clean driving record.
Willing to obtain Class A license within the next 12 months.
Customer service and sales-oriented.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
Experience driving a box truck or step-van is preferred.
Overnight shifts might be required (expenses paid).
Military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Candidate must satisfy all customer-required background compliance criteria.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a company truck to pick up and deliver products.
Load and unload merchandise, handling loads carefully during transport.
Use company devices to manage customer orders, communicate invoice changes, and maintain an updated route book.
Perform other duties as needed to support smooth route operations.
Maintain load accuracy and ensure loads are properly prepared.
