Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply in California seeks a Route Service Representative to drive a company truck, deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats and other rental products in an assigned territory. You will build relationships with customers, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain an accurate route book.

This full-time role requires safe driving, a clean record, and a willingness to obtain a Class A CDL within 12 months. Competitive benefits and a stable, long-term career are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, 21+ years of age.
• Active driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to obtain Class A CDL within 12 months.
• Customer service and sales-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience driving a box truck or step-van preferred.
• Overnight shifts may be required (expenses paid).
• Military-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Background compliance criteria must be satisfied.
• DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck to pick up and deliver products and garments, ensuring loads are accurate and prepared.
• Load and unload merchandise, using carts carefully during transport.
• Use company devices to manage customer orders, communicate invoice changes, and maintain an updated route book.
• Perform other duties to support smooth route operations.
