Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Route Service Representative to operate a company truck within an assigned territory, delivering uniforms, towels, mats, and other rental products. You will build strong customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain routes with a focus on safety and compliance.

The role emphasizes face-to-face customer interaction, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a pathway to routine bonuses and commission based on route performance.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, 21+ years of age
• Active driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willing to get a Class A within the next 12 months
• Customer service and sales-oriented
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Experience driving a box truck or step-van is preferred
• Overnignt shifts might be required. (Expenses paid)
• Safe driving skills in all weather conditions
• Military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply
• Candidate must satisfy all customer-required background compliance criteria to maintain eligibility for this role.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck to pick up and deliver products and garments, ensuring loads are accurate and prepared
• Load and unload merchandise
• Use company devices to manage customer orders, communicate invoice changes, and maintain an updated route book
• Perform other duties as needed to support smooth route operations
• This position offers consistent, family-friendly hours and a full-time, permanent role.
