Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 21+ years old and able to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience selling services or generating new business preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a step van and service clients on a designated route.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely delivery.
• Meet sales goals and drive route growth to improve profitability.
• Develop leads, solicit new business, and prepare service agreements.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and communicate pricing clearly.
• Ensure understanding of services, policies, and pricing to customers.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
