You will operate a step van, manage a daily route, review invoices for accuracy, and expand business by developing leads and opening new accounts. The position offers a 4-day work week with weekends off and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of clients.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think quickly to identify/solve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a route delivery vehicle to serve clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely delivery of product.
• Load/unload product per company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to drive profitability.
• Develop leads and call on prospective customers to solicit business, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate pricing, services, and policies clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
• Follow safety practices and use proper tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as required within the scope of activities.
