Vestis in Wisconsin (Cudahy) is seeking a Route Sales/Customer Service Representative to operate a step van, deliver products, and grow the route while maintaining high-quality customer service. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience with a wide variety of customers.
• Strong math and basic computer skills are required.
• Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a step van in designated area to service clients.
• Verifies daily vehicle maintenance and records.
• Manages daily route to ensure timely delivery of product.
• Loads/unloads product per company policies and guidelines.
• Reviews invoices daily for accuracy and makes corrections as needed.
• Meets sales goals and promotes route growth for profitability.
• Develops leads, calls on prospective customers, and prepares service agreements.
• Explains services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitors customer feedback and resolves issues promptly.
• Prioritizes personal safety and safe work practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned within scope.
