Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD Model in a flexible, 24/7 operation. You will cover routes, coordinate with merchandisers and drivers, and ensure proper order fulfillment for assigned customers.

The role emphasizes executing promotions, maintaining displays, and fostering strong store relationships to drive revenue and gross profit. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
Manage daily, pre-set routes, generate sales orders to support revenue and gross profit.
Execute promotions and products per marketing plans to ensure strong daily execution.
Organize back room, stack products, and manage returns and damaged goods.
Create and distribute point-of-sale materials and rotate merchandisers.
Foster relationships with store personnel and respond to requests and opportunities.
Identify competitive issues and communicate impacts to the team.
