Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) in Burnsville, NC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser (BAM) to drive sales, place orders, and merchandise products across the Burnsville & Mars Hill area. The role requires coordinating with store personnel and executing promotional plans while maintaining quality standards and safety in handling products.

Daily responsibilities include managing customers on routes, coordinating with promotions, and ensuring accurate product displays and inventory.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.
• High initiative and willingness to learn.
• Career-minded and highly competitive in nature.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proof of insurance coverage meeting liability and property damage requirements from day one.

Responsabilités

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives and promotions.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf.
• Organizes back room and pallet management.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and ensures proper operation of merchandisers.
