The role emphasizes executing promotions, maintaining stock, and delivering accurate product orders while following safety guidelines and quality standards. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between stores.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Critical thinking skills are required.
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.
• High initiative and willingness to learn.
• Career-minded and highly competitive by nature.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes for an assigned group of customers on daily routes; generates sales orders to support revenue and gross profit.
• Executes promotions and new products to ensure excellence in Red execution scores for customers.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelves according to procedures.
• Maintains back room by organizing stock and handling returns of pallets and damaged items.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials; ensures proper rotation of products.
• Builds strong relationships with store personnel through follow-ups, pricing, and programs.
• Identifies competitive issues and communicates market activity impacting the business and executes duties safely.
