Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC seeks a Bulk Account Merchandiser to sell, order, and present products for assigned accounts. You will collaborate with customers to generate accurate orders, ensure plans are executed, and merchandise products following safety and quality guidelines.

The role requires daily route execution, weekend availability, and lifting up to 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, listening and writing skills.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school education or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and merchandise products to assigned customers.
• Execute promotions and new products per plans.
• Restock and rotate products on display.
• Maintain back room and organize inventory.
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials.
• Develop relationships with store personnel.
• Identify competitive issues and communicate risks.
