Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across listening, speaking, and writing.
• Customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High school education or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Sell, order, and present products for an assigned group of customers.
• Execute promotions and new products per LOS initiatives and marketing plans.
• Merchandise products and manage back room and shelf displays.
• Maintain layouts, stock, and organize back room and back stock logistics.
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials and ensure proper operation of merchandisers.
• Build relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up and pricing discussions.
• Identify competitive issues and communicate market activities that impact business.
