Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of customers.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company step van to service clients in designated area.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep operator documentation.
• Manage route independently to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Load/unload product per policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to increase profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, and onboard new accounts; assist sales with new business.
• Explain services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow safety policies and perform other duties as required.
