Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience across diverse client types.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van to serve clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep operator records.
• Manage daily route independently for timely delivery of products.
• Load/unload products per company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for completeness and accuracy; correct as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to improve profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Clearly communicate services, policies, and pricing to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and promptly address issues.
