Job summary

Hay Distributing is seeking a Route Sales & Delivery professional to manage an established retail route for Red Bull products in the Albemarle area. You will handle selling, delivering, merchandising, and inventory management while building strong store relationships.

This is a fast-paced role requiring independence, reliability, and physical stamina; typical schedule is Monday–Friday with 8–10 hour days. Base salary plus commission potential aligns with market expectations.

Qualifications

• Retail or grocery experience preferred; training provided.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication with store managers and decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route with daily store visits (10–15 accounts).
• Drive the company route truck to various retail locations.
• Enter orders and deliver products from the truck.
• Unload, stock, rotate, and merchandise Red Bull products.
• Stock shelves and coolers; build displays and perform resets.
• Identify opportunities to increase product placement and promotions.
• Execute promotions and monthly sales initiatives.
• Maintain product availability and inventory across territory.
• Collect customer payments and complete deposit procedures.
• Complete route paperwork and invoices; track performance toward goals.
• Represent Hay Distributing and the Red Bull brand professionally.
