Job summary

Vestis® is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver to build strong relationships with customers while delivering products along a scheduled route. You will balance exceptional service with meeting and surpassing sales goals in a competitive market.

You will operate a step van, manage daily deliveries, verify invoices, and assist with new accounts. A high school diploma and a valid license are required, with opportunities for growth at Vestis across North America.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of customers.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and think quickly to resolve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently for timely delivery of product.
• Load/unload product per company policies.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, and assist with new accounts.
• Communicate services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly.
• Practice safe work habits and use appropriate tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as required within scope.
