Job summary

Vestis is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver to build strong relationships with customers, exceed sales goals, and manage daily routes. You will balance outstanding customer service with driving growth across North America, while maintaining safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of clients.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve customer concerns quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently for timely delivery of products.
• Load/unload products per company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to boost profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Clearly communicate services, policies, and pricing to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
• Prioritize personal safety and safe work practices.
