Job summary

PepsiCo in Blue Earth, MN is seeking a route driver to deliver beverages to local stores on a daily route. You’ll operate a PepsiCo truck, check in orders, and ensure products are stocked and rotated for freshness.

This full-time role begins early (start between 3am and 6am) and involves lifting up to 40 lbs. You’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing support as you grow a long-term career with PepsiCo.

Responsibilities

• Drive PepsiCo trucks on a route, delivering to local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (collect proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and quality
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives

What You'll Do
