Job summary

PepsiCo in West Columbia, SC is seeking a full-time Route Driver to serve local stores on a PepsiCo route. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver orders, check in with store teams, and collect proof of delivery.

Training is provided and routes typically involve lifting and stocking products throughout the day. You will unload products, rotate inventory for freshness, and maintain records using company tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Job description

Location: 2552 Morningside Dr, WEST COLUMBIA, SC

Pay: $64,000/YR

Schedule: Schedule changes weekly, two days off guaranteed but not necessarily consecutive. Covering vacations and leaves of absence, so days depend on what they are covering. 4AM for Large Format Routes and 6AM for Small format routes – we have set start times for each route - When all stops are complete, no set end time. We are DOT regulated and cannot work over 14 hours. Most routes take 10-12 hours per day to complete.
