Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time route driver to service local stores in the Orangeburg, SC area. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on assigned routes, deliver and verify orders, unload products, stock shelves, and maintain inventory records using provided tools.

You will build strong relationships with store managers to promote displays and execute sales initiatives. The role involves early start times (4am or 6am depending on route), long hours in a high-energy environment, and training will be

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Job description

Location: 132 Wellswest Ln, Orangeburg, SC

Quick Look Pay: $64,000/YR

Schedule: Schedule changes weekly, two days off guaranteed but not necessarily consecutive. Covering vacations and leaves of absence, so days depend on what they are covering. 4AM for Large Format Routes and 6AM for Small format routes - we have set start times for each route - When all stops are complete, no set end time. We are DOT regulated and cannot work over 14 hours. Most routes take 10-12 hours per day to complete.
