Job summary

PepsiCo in Ladson, SC is seeking a full-time Route Driver to deliver to local stores, stock shelves, and ensure product freshness. You will build strong relationships with store teams and manage on-the-go inventory throughout long daytime routes.

Starting early with 10–12 hour days, you will be DOT-regulated and cannot exceed 14 hours. Training is provided, with competitive pay and benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs repeatedly.
• Represent PepsiCo brands (Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos) responsibly in stores.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (collect proof of delivery as needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, rotate inventory for freshness.
• Order product and maintain records using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives.

Pay: $64,000/YR

Annual Target Location: 7054 Webber Blvd Unit 100, Ladson SC 29456

Schedule:Schedule changes weekly, two days off guaranteed but not necessarily consecutive. Covering vacations and leaves of absence, so days depend on what they are covering., 4AM for Large Format Routes and 6AM for Small format routes – we have set start times for each route - When all stops are complete, no set end time. We are DOT regulated and cannot work over 14 hours. Most routes take 10-12 hours per day to complete.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.
