Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver in Summit Argo, IL. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, load and stock shelves, and verify orders with store teams while maintaining accurate delivery records.

The role offers on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and health and lifestyle benefits as a full-time team member. Prior driving experience and ability to lift 40 lbs are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Minimum Qualifications
