Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route driver to service local stores, starting at 5:00 AM. The routes run 7 days a week, with 5 of 7 scheduled days and any days off possible.

On average, the day lasts about 9.2 hours as the route is completed and new hires learn. You’ll drive the PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload and stock shelves, rotate inventory, and build relationships with store managers to grow sales.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
