Job summary

PepsiCo in Angleton, TX is seeking a full-time Route Delivery Driver. The schedule changes by route with start times between 3am and 5am, and you’ll work until all stops are completed.

The position requires full-time commitment and physical stamina to lift up to 40 lbs. You will drive a PepsiCo truck to local stores, deliver orders, check in with store teams, unload products, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain daily records with the provided tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
