Job summary

PepsiCo in Nashville, TN, is hiring a full-time delivery driver to join our route relief pool. Start times range from 3am to 6am, with work covering local stores, delivering and checking in orders, unloading, stocking shelves, and rotating stock to maintain freshness.

You will use our tools to log activity, and schedules rotate to cover vacations and LOAs. You will build relationships with store managers to grow sales and ensure displays, participating in national and local initiatives while

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
