Job summary

PepsiCo in Thornton, CO is hiring a Delivery Driver to join our route service. You will start as early as 4 AM, work a variable schedule with two days off per week, and complete deliveries to local stores with care.

As a full-time team member, you’ll unload products, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and build solid relationships with store managers to support sales and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and able to obtain required state licenses.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
