Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a delivery driver for a local Covington, VA route. You will operate a PepsiCo truck, deliver orders, and check in with store teams while maintaining good relationships with store managers to drive sales.

The role includes unloading, stocking shelves, rotating inventory for freshness, and recording deliveries with provided tools. On-the-job training is provided in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

• Pay: $64,000 Annual Target

• Location: 1191 Commerce Center Drive, Covington, VA, 24426

• Schedule: 5 days per week, Depends on the route. Average start time 5AM but can be as early as 2 AM depending on route - When Work is complete
