Job summary

PepsiCo in Greensboro, NC is seeking a route delivery driver to service local stores, stock shelves, and ensure freshness across brands. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, check deliveries, and maintain inventory records while building relationships with store personnel.

Training is provided, full-time position with competitive pay and benefits, including health aspects and lifestyle supports as part of being a team member at PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

• Location: 8011 Piedmont Triad Pkwy, GREENSBORO, NC, 27409-9407

• Schedule: 2 days off per week, days off change weekly, 03:00-06:00 AM - Route completion
