Job summary

PepsiCo in Monroe, NC is seeking a full-time delivery driver to service local stores on a dedicated route. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, and collect proof of delivery.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, building relationships with store managers, stocking shelves, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness. On-the-job training and a fast-paced environment are provided, with a starting pay around $64,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

• Schedule: Work week is Sunday - Saturday; Work 5 days off 2 days each week. Off days may rotate, Average start time between 5am-7am - Once work is complete
