Job summary

PepsiCo in Safford, AZ is hiring for a full-time route driver to service local stores. Start times are 3–6am, with 10-hour days and a variable schedule, typically 2 days off per week. You’ll drive, unload, stock, and maintain records, building relationships with store managers to grow sales.

• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older


• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law


• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
