Job summary

PepsiCo in Redmond, WA is seeking a full-time delivery driver to run local routes. You’ll drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, and service store teams on a daily basis.

You’ll unload products, stock shelves, rotate inventory for freshness, and build trusted relationships with store managers to support sales initiatives and national/local programs. Training is provided in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Stock shelves with brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos for customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route to local stores.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery.
• Unload product, stock shelves and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.
• Place orders and maintain records using provided tools.
• Build relationships with store managers to grow sales and display execution.

Location: 10800 231st Way Northeast, Sui, Redmond, WA, 98053 Quick Look Pay: $76,800 Annual Target Location: 10800 231st Way Northeast, Sui, Redmond WA 98053 Schedule: Variable schedule, 2 days off per week, 3:00 am - When route is complete. Average 9-10 hours per day.

Minimum Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
