PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver in Marysville, WA to serve local stores. The role involves driving a PepsiCo truck on a route, delivering and checking in orders, unloading, stocking shelves, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness.

You will build relationships with store managers, maintain records with provided tools, and participate in on-the-job training. This full-time position offers health benefits, a fast-paced environment, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Pay: $76,800/ annual target

Annual Target Location: 5100 160th Street, NE, Marysville WA 98271

Schedule: Variable schedule, 2 days off per week, 3:00 am - When route is complete. Average 9-10 hours per day.
