Job summary

PepsiCo in Newport News, VA is hiring a full-time route driver to serve local stores with care. You’ll drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, unload and stock displays, and maintain records using provided tools.

The role includes delivering orders, collecting proof of delivery, building relationships with store managers, and supporting national and local initiatives. Training is provided, with on-the-job and classroom components, and competitive health and lifestyle benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
