Job summary

PepsiCo in Decorah, IA is seeking a route delivery driver to serve local stores on a PepsiCo route. You will drive, deliver and check in orders, unload product, stock displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness during your shift.

Start times range from 3 am to 6 am depending on route; this is a full-time role with training provided and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
