Job summary

PepsiCo in Mesquite, TX is seeking a route delivery driver to service local stores on a consistent route. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver orders, check in with store teams, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.

Training is provided and you will build strong relationships with store managers to support national and local initiatives. The role emphasizes a high-energy, on-the-go work environment with potential to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Schedule: Variable working schedule, 2 days off per week, 3:00am-5:00am - When work is completed
