Job summary

PepsiCo in Marble Falls, TX is seeking a route delivery driver to service local stores on an on‑demand schedule. You’ll drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload and stock shelves, and maintain records with provided tools.

You’ll build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, execute national and local initiatives, and ensure product freshness. This full‑time role offers on‑the‑job training in a fast‑paced environment with lifting requirements and opportunities

• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.

• Deliver and stock brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to stores.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery as needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory for freshness.
• Order product and maintain records with provided tools (training provided).

Quick Look Pay: $64,000 Annual Target

Schedule: Sun-Thur / Mon-Fri / Tue-Sat / Will depend on business needs., 2 AM-4 AM - Route completion

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
